The staff were polite and outstandingly accommodating and the location was beautiful very close to tarpon Springs in an older neighborhood. We booked a big size room with a fridge and microwave and AC and microwave.

Really good stay, as always. The hotel with large rooms, in a historic area, very close to tarpon Springs in an older neighborhood. Satellite TV, climate control, and a microwave in the room and the comfy bed. Paid US$ 135.

There were updated, huge rooms with 2 double beds. The room had satellite TV, climate control, and a microwave plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. Stunning central location just next door to Tarpon Springs as well as businesses.

The value for money at this hotel was great, and the room itself was comfortable and served its purpose well. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the bayou, shops, and restaurants in the historic district. The staff were friendly and accommodating during my stay.
The breakfast menu could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

Make sure you stay in the king room with 2 double beds. The best thing is location - just next door to restaurants as well as Clearwater and other beaches. Staff is helpful and you can park your car on-site.

It had central location close to Safford House Museum. There were a bakery and stores around the hotel.
As for me, the area was questionable.

The location of this motel was perfect for our needs, as it was only a few minutes away from the boat we were boarding for a fishing trip. The short commute made it convenient and minimized travel time. Additionally, the air conditioning in the room worked well, ensuring a comfortable stay. We appreciated that our room was changed upon request to a bottom floor location in the same building as the front desk. Despite some drawbacks mentioned by other guests, the room served its purpose and provided a suitable place to rest before our fishing adventure. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and functional accommodations.
